Holiday Rice

What you need:
* 1 box UNCLE BEN'SŪ Long Grain & Wild Rice Original Recipe (6-oz.)
* 2-1/4 c. water
* 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
* 2 c. leeks (white part only), chopped
* 1/2 c. orange juice
* 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
* 1 Tbsp. fresh sage finely chopped
* 1 large clove garlic passed through a press
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
What to do:
1. In 2-qt saucepan, add water, rice, spice packet and 1/2 Tbsp. butter. Bring to a boil, lower heat to simmer and cover saucepan. Cook for 25 min.
2. Melt remaining butter in a large skillet. Add leeks and cook, stirring, over medium heat for 15 min. until soft and golden. Add orange juice, lemon juice, sage and garlic. Cook over high heat for 2 min., stirring constantly. Add cooked rice to skillet and stir 1 min. until rice is hot. Add cinnamon, and salt and pepper to taste.
