Spiral-Sliced Ham with Pepper Jelly Glaze

What you need:
* 5-6 lb. fully-cooked bone-in ham, half ham, spiral sliced
* 1 8-oz. jar hot pepper jelly
What to do:
1. Place ham in shallow pan and heat in 350°F. oven, uncovered, for 1 1/4 hours. (about 15-18 minutes per pound) until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 140°F.
2. The last 15 minutes, pour the pepper jelly over ham, spreading evenly. Heat for 10-15 minutes more, basting occasionally.

* Start a new family tradition this year with an Easter ham inspired by the Southwest. Serve with Asparagus Vinaigrette, Corn
and Green Chile Soufflé, and Cold Herbed Garbanzo Beans as part of the buffet.
