* 4 pork chops or pork steaks
* 2/3 c. fat-free tomato & herb salad dressing
* 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1. Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Add dressing and hot sauce to pan.
3. Cover and simmer 8-10 min., or until internal temperature of meat reaches 145°F, followed by a 3-min. rest time.
