Golden Pasta Bake

What you need:
* 1 lb. smoked haddock fillets, skinned and cubed
* 1 1/4 c. milk
* 2 Tbsp. butter
* 2 Tbsp. flour
* 6 oz. shaped pasta, such as rotini
* 1/2 c. frozen peas
* 2 Tbsp. cheddar cheese, shredded
* 4 Tbsp. dry breadcrumbs
* pepper, to taste
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place milk, butter, and flour in a saucepan. Cook stirring over a gentle heat, until sauce is thickened and smooth.
3. Stir fish, pasta and peas into the hot white sauce. Season with pepper. Spoon into a casserole dish.
4. Mix cheese and breadcrumbs together, sprinkle over pasta and fish. Bake 20-25 min, until golden brown.
