* 18 fish sticks, cooked according to pkg. directions
* 3 ZESPRI™ GREEN kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
* 3 c. red cabbage, shredded
* 1 c. shredded carrots
* 1/4 c. fat-free ranch dressing
* 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
* 1/8 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
* 6 whole wheat tortilla, 8-in.
1. Mix kiwifruit, cabbage and carrots in medium bowl.
2. Blend ranch dressing, lime juice and cayenne in small bowl. Pour over kiwifruit mixture; toss lightly until blended. Stuff kiwifruit filling into tortillas; top with 3 fish sticks each.
