What you need:
* 1 Tbsp. olive oil
* 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-in. thick (about 1-lb.)
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 green onions, chopped (about 1/4-c.)

* 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained, reserving juice
* 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce

What to do:
1. Heat the oil in a 10-in. skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides. Remove the pork from the skillet.
