Savory California Raisin Trail Mix

1/2 c. cacao nips |
1 c. hulled pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds |
1 c. California natural raisins |
1 c. California golden raisins |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/2 tsp. chipotle chile pepper powder |
Directions:
1. Heat a large nonstick frypan over medium heat and spray lightly with cooking spray. Add cacao nibs; toast, stirring constantly for 2 min. Stir in pumpkin seeds and toast 2 min. more, stirring constantly. Add raisins, salt and pepper; toss to coat and heat for another 2 min. or until raisins plump.
Serving Size is 3 Tbsp.
