Noodles Romanoff

Ingredients
1 (12-ounce) package wide egg noodles
1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

2. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, butter, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, the garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix well. Add noodles and toss until evenly coated. Spoon into baking dish and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

3. Cover and bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
