Banana Mango Ginger Smoothie

1 medium banana |
1/2 c. pineapple |
1/2 c. mango |
1/2 c. green tea, cooled |
1 Tbsp. honey |
4 ice cubes |
2 Tbsp. canola oil |
1/2 tsp. crystallized ginger |
Directions:
1. In a blender, add banana, pineapple, mango, green tea, honey, ice cubes, canola oil and ginger.
2. Blend until combined. Serve immediately.
Yield: 2 cups
Tip: Use fresh or frozen fruit. Your favorite cold tea may be substituted for green tea.
