Hurry Curry Turkey Rice Salad

1 c. Minute® White Rice, uncooked |
1/4 c. Italian dressing |
1/4 c. salad dressing |
2 tsp. curry powder |
2 c. turkey, cooked and chopped |
1-1/2 c. seedless red or green grapes, halved |
1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped |
fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish (optional) |
Directions:
1. Prepare rice according to pkg. directions.
2. Combine dressings and curry powder in large bowl.
3. Add rice and remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cover.
4. Refrigerate at least 30 min. or until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.
