* 1 (10-oz.) prepared thin pizza crust (about 12-in.)
* 1/2 c. pizza sauce
* 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded provolone cheese
* 8 oz. sweet Italian sausage (casing removed), cooked, crumbled & drained
* 1 4-oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
1. Heat oven to 450°F.
2. Spread pizza crust evenly with sauce, one cup cheese, sausage, mushroom, and remaining one cup of cheese.
3. Bake directly on oven rack for 10 min., or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
