1 c. orange juice, calcium fortified |
2 ZESPRI™GOLD kiwifruit, washed, unpeeled, chopped |
1 banana, sliced |
1/2 c. ice cubes |
2 Tbsp. soy protein powder |
1 tsp. honey |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in blender on high for 20 to 30 sec. or until smooth. Serve immediately.
